Email service@zelnori.com with “Privacy Request” as the subject. Identify your country or region and describe the request. Do not send a password or complete payment details.

Verification and representatives

We may ask for information reasonably needed to confirm identity and prevent unauthorized access. Authorized representatives may act where permitted, subject to proof of authority and any direct verification required by law.

Timing and fair treatment

We respond within applicable legal periods, including permitted extensions. Zelnori will not unlawfully discriminate against someone for exercising a privacy right, though deletion of information necessary for a service may affect that service.

Opt-out signals

Where legally required and technically supported, recognized browser-based opt-out preference signals may be honored for the browser or device that sends them.
