Payment Security

Zelnori relies on Shopify checkout and established payment providers to process transactions and support fraud prevention.

How payment data is protected

Checkout details move through encrypted connections. Complete card numbers and security codes are processed by payment providers and are not made available to Zelnori in complete readable form.

Verification by providers

A bank or payment service may check billing information, request additional authentication, or place an authorization hold. The payment provider controls the release of a declined or unused authorization.

Review of unusual transactions

We may examine inconsistent device, billing, account, or transaction signals. Where reasonably necessary, we may request limited verification, refuse a transaction, or cancel and refund an order to prevent unauthorized use.

Keep passwords private, use trusted devices, and monitor account activity. For payment support, email service@zelnori.com without sending complete card details.
