This Shipping Policy explains Zelnori processing, shipping charges, transit estimates, tracking, import costs, and support for delivery issues.

Preparing orders

Orders are commonly prepared within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Inventory, verification, unusually high demand, or events outside reasonable control may require additional time.

Shipping charges

For eligible destinations, an order subtotal from USD 0.00 to USD 44.99 receives Fast shipping for USD 5.99. An order subtotal of USD 45.00 or more receives Free shipping for USD 0.00. Checkout confirms the available rate for the destination and products selected.

Delivery estimates

Transit estimates begin after dispatch and do not guarantee a specific arrival date. Carriers, customs processing, weather, seasonal demand, and local conditions may affect delivery.

Duties and import expenses

Unless checkout expressly says otherwise, recipients are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage, and similar destination charges. Authorities and carriers set these costs independently of Zelnori.

Tracking and address information

Tracking is emailed when available and can take 1–3 business days to activate. Customers must provide a complete deliverable address and monitor carrier notifications. Address changes are not guaranteed after fulfillment begins.

Help with delivery

If tracking remains unchanged beyond a reasonable carrier window, a shipment is damaged, or a parcel marked delivered cannot be located after local checks, email service@zelnori.com with the order number.
