Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern purchases from Zelnori and operate with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy.

Who may order

You must have legal capacity to enter a purchase contract and provide accurate billing, contact, and delivery information. You are responsible for authorized activity conducted through your account.

Contract formation

A store listing is an invitation to submit an order. A sales contract begins only after Zelnori accepts the order through acceptance or dispatch confirmation. An automated receipt acknowledges submission and does not prevent checks for availability, errors, fraud, or fulfillment capacity.

Currency and charges

Transactions are set in USD. Checkout presents shipping, taxes, and other disclosed amounts. Currency conversion and cross-border charges imposed by a bank or provider are outside our control.

Ownership, risk, and delivery

Products and destinations must be eligible for delivery. Ownership and risk transfer as required by applicable law, and ownership may remain with Zelnori until payment has been made in full.

Returns and legal remedies

Our Return & Refund Policy provides the standard procedure. Any stronger mandatory cancellation, conformity, warranty, refund, or other consumer rights prevail in the relevant jurisdiction.

Outside events

Zelnori is not responsible for delays or failures resulting from circumstances it could not reasonably control, including natural events, public measures, infrastructure failures, labor interruptions, or carrier disruption.

Severability and support
