These Terms of Service apply to access and use of the Zelnori store, including purchases. By continuing to use the store, you agree to these terms and to the related policies displayed here.

Responsible access

Use the store lawfully and provide correct information. You must not interfere with security or operation, introduce harmful code, impersonate another person, automate abusive activity, commit fraud, or violate intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights.

Order review and acceptance

Submitting checkout creates an offer to purchase. Zelnori may accept, restrict, reject, or cancel an order because of stock, inaccurate product or price information, payment risk, suspected abuse, legal limits, or fulfillment constraints. A captured amount for a canceled order will be returned to the original payment method.

Product presentation

We work to keep descriptions, images, availability, and pricing accurate. Screen differences, manufacturing variations, and packaging changes may create minor differences. Prices can change before acceptance, while checkout shows applicable shipping and taxes.

Ownership of content

Zelnori branding, original text, graphics, design, and other protected store materials may not be copied, republished, distributed, or used commercially without authorization.

Legal limitations

The store is subject to express warranties and all protections required by applicable law. To the fullest lawful extent, Zelnori is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses. Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.
